User Agreement

1. General Provisions

• 1.1 This Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with applicable law.
• 1.2 Acceptance of the offer is deemed to occur upon the User taking actions aimed at registering an account or actually using the Website's functionality.
• 1.3 This Agreement enters into force from the moment of acceptance and remains in effect until the cessation of Website use or the termination of the account.
• 1.4 The Administration has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. Amendments become binding immediately upon being posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website signifies the User's consent to the changes.

2. Subject of the Agreement

• 2.1 The subject of this Agreement is to grant the User access to informational materials, including the functionality of a cryptocurrency wallet.
• 2.2 The Administration has the right to change the list and functionality of services at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration and Account

• 3.1 To gain access to certain functions of the Website, the User is obliged to undergo the registration procedure, providing accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address.
• 3.2 The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials, including the password and other authentication means.
• 3.3 All actions performed using the User's account are deemed to be performed by the User themselves.
• 3.4 The Administration has the right to suspend or terminate access to an account in cases provided for by this Agreement or applicable law.

4. Wallet Usage Procedure

• 4.1 Cryptoway does not have access to the User's private keys or funds. The responsibility for safeguarding data and backup copies rests entirely with the User.
• 4.2 Loss of the password or other access data may result in the irreversible loss of virtual assets.
• 4.3 Cryptoway does not control blockchain networks and does not guarantee the confirmation, speed, or successful processing of transactions.
• 4.4 Transactions on the virtual currency network are irreversible once confirmed.
• 4.5 A wallet that shows no activity (no outgoing transactions) for 12 months may be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

5. Financial Operations

• 5.1 To perform operations, the User must ensure a sufficient balance of virtual assets.
• 5.2 The timing of crediting and withdrawing funds depends on the work of third parties and the relevant networks. The Administration is not responsible for delays or failures.
• 5.3 The Administration has the right to set limits on deposits and withdrawals of funds.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1 The Administration has the right to:

• amend the terms of this Agreement and the functionality of the Website;
• restrict or terminate User access in case of violation of the terms;
• request additional information to comply with legal requirements.

6.2 The User undertakes to:

• comply with applicable law;
• not use the Website for illegal purposes;
• not violate the rights of third parties;
• not take actions aimed at disrupting the Website's functionality;
• not disseminate confidential information.

7. Legal Compliance and Sanctions Restrictions

• 7.1 The User confirms that they are not a resident of, and are not under the control of, jurisdictions subject to international sanctions.
• 7.2 The User guarantees that they are not included in the sanctions lists of the UN, EU, US, or other regulatory bodies.
• 7.3 In case of detection of signs of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other violations of the law, the Administration has the right to immediately block the account and suspend operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Using our services requires you to assume risks for which we cannot be held responsible.

8.2 The Administration is not liable for:

• losses caused by fluctuations in the exchange rates of virtual assets;
• technical failures, force majeure circumstances;
• actions of third parties;
• loss of access to the wallet due to the User's fault.

8.4 The period for filing claims is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the grounds for the claim arise.

9. Risks

The User acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with using virtual assets, including:

• high volatility;
• irreversibility of transactions;
• possible changes in legislation;
• technological vulnerabilities;
• insufficient liquidity.

10. Intellectual Property

• 10.1 All intellectual property objects posted on the Website belong to the Administration or are used on a legal basis.
• 10.2 The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using the Website's materials without the written consent of the copyright holder.

11. Third-Party Services

• 11.1 The Website may contain links to third-party resources. The Administration is not responsible for the content and activities of such resources.
• 11.2 As required by law, the Administration has the right to provide information to competent authorities.

12. Final Provisions

• 12.1 If individual provisions of this Agreement are held invalid, the remaining provisions retain their legal force.
• 12.2 Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law of the Administration's jurisdiction.
• 12.3 The User confirms that they understand the terms of this Agreement and accept them voluntarily.

Licenses and Registrations

The Cryptoway service currently holds the following regulatory licenses, registrations, permits, and approvals: The Kyrgyz division of the service, "KOD KAPITAL" (registration number 302238-3301-ООО), is registered as a Limited Liability Company with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
