Cryptoway helps businesses create cryptocurrency invoices, accept payments through payment pages, receive operation statuses through API and webhooks, and automate related payment workflows.
The Platform provides custodial cryptocurrency accounts for business clients for the purpose of receiving, holding, settling and transferring digital assets in connection with the services provided through the Platform.
The Platform is not intended to operate as a bank account, investment product, lending service, yield scheme, or a tool for bypassing sanctions, banking restrictions, AML/KYT, KYC/KYB or other compliance procedures.
Cryptoway operates as a custodial platform, securely managing and storing digital assets on behalf of the User. To ensure maximum safety, the Company maintains a strict operational division, guaranteeing that all User-deposited digital assets are held in segregated wallets and are never commingled with the Company's operational accounts, corporate assets, or business capital.
Digital assets held in custody by the Company are not financial deposits and are not protected by any state-sponsored deposit insurance schemes, such as the FDIC or national deposit guarantee funds. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the Company does not maintain private commercial insurance policies covering individual User wallet balances against theft, cyberattacks, or loss of access. The User assumes all inherent risks associated with digital asset custody.
To comply with applicable financial regulations and prevent financial crime, Cryptoway enforces standard Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. All individual Users are requested to undergo identity verification, which may include submitting government-issued identification (such as a passport or driver's license), prior to accessing the Services. In addition to identity verification, the Company employs automated blockchain screening (KYT/AML). To ensure platform safety, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend account access or place transactions on hold for manual review if automated screening flags a transaction as high-risk (e.g., connection to sanctioned addresses, darknet markets, or mixing services). These measures are strictly temporary and implemented solely to clarify the circumstances. The Company will work directly with the User to resolve the compliance flag and restore full account access as quickly as possible once the necessary verification is successfully completed.
Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, all successfully executed transactions and withdrawals are final, permanent, and completely irreversible. Cryptoway acts strictly as a technical and custodial intermediary and does not arbitrate, mediate, or resolve commercial disputes between Users and B2B merchants. Any refund requests for goods or services must be handled directly between the parties involved.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any losses arising from user negligence (such as lost credentials), system downtime, or accounts suspended due to automated AML compliance matches. In no event shall the Company's aggregate liability for any claims exceed one hundred US dollars ($100 USD).
Some functions may require an account. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, protect logins, passwords, API keys and webhook secrets, and must not transfer access to third parties without Cryptoway consent.
The merchant is responsible for wallet addresses, selected networks, integration parameters, tax and accounting records, and relationships with its own customers, including refunds, support and the legality of goods or services.
Cryptoway may review a user, merchant, partner, transaction, source of funds, jurisdiction, business model and related persons. The scope of review depends on risk, business category, countries, transaction volume and internal compliance rules.
We may request corporate documents, information about representatives and beneficial owners, identity documents, product, website and payment-flow descriptions, licences, permits, tax status and source-of-funds information. Failure to provide requested information may result in refusal to onboard, feature restrictions or termination of service.
Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on the relevant blockchain networks. Cryptoway does not control blockchain networks, network fees, confirmation speed, congestion, validators, miners, wallets, exchanges or third-party providers.
On-chain transactions are usually irreversible after being submitted to the network. An incorrect address, network, token or amount may result in loss of funds. A crypto refund, if allowed by the merchant policy, is usually processed as a new separate transaction.
When using API, webhooks, plugins and other technical tools, the merchant must keep keys and secrets secure, verify notification signatures where applicable, correctly process payment statuses and test the integration before production launch.
We may change API limits, methods, response formats and technical requirements. If a change materially affects an existing integration, we will try to notify users through a reasonable channel.
Cryptoway may not be used for activity that violates applicable law, third-party rights, sanctions regimes, AML/CFT requirements or Cryptoway internal policies.
Cryptoway may temporarily or permanently restrict access to an account, API, invoices, payouts, specific functions or the entire platform if there are signs of a breach, increased risk, incomplete documents, a lawful request from a competent authority or a security threat.
Where possible and not prohibited by law, we will inform the user of the reason for restriction and possible steps to restore access.
Fees, tariffs, network costs and settlement terms are determined by the Cryptoway interface, commercial offer, contract or merchant agreement. If a public page conflicts with an individual agreement, the individual agreement or current terms confirmed by Cryptoway prevail.
Information on the website and in Cryptoway interfaces is not legal, tax, investment, financial or accounting advice.
