Three steps to your first crypto top-up
One installer puts the module on your BILLmanager server, then you add the payment method in the panel like any other.
Run the installer
Copy the archive to the billing server and run the installer as root. It checks the environment, adds PHP if it is missing and restarts the panel in a few seconds.
Add the payment method
Under Provider → Payment methods, pick Cryptoway and paste the two keys. The module tests them right away and tells you if something is off.
What the module does
It follows BILLmanager's own rules: regular payments, familiar statuses and no new screens to learn.
Balance top-ups in crypto
The client opens Payments → Add, enters an amount and picks Cryptoway. Coin and network are chosen on the payment page.
Crediting without manual checks
The payment moves to Credited by itself. If a Cryptoway notification gets lost, BILLmanager's scheduled check picks it up every 3 minutes, with nothing extra to set up on the server.
Credited exactly once
The module rereads the invoice from Cryptoway and matches the amount and currency. Clicking pay again leads back to the same invoice instead of opening a second one.
Pass the fee on to the client
The method fee set in BILLmanager is added to the Cryptoway invoice, while the balance receives the amount without it. Who pays the Cryptoway fee is your call in the dashboard.
Disputed payments wait for you
Underpayments and late payments are never credited quietly: the admin sees the invoiced and received amounts in the payment card. Clients don't see these details.
Updates without interruption
A new version goes in through the same installer and the files switch over in one step. Removing the module leaves BILLmanager payments and transactions untouched.

When does the client's balance go up?
As soon as Cryptoway confirms the payment, the module rereads the invoice, checks the amount and marks the payment Credited. If the notification doesn't arrive, BILLmanager's scheduled check catches up within 3 minutes.
What if a client sends too little or runs out of time?
An underpaid payment stays In progress with a Needs review mark, and the balance doesn't change. If the rest arrives before the deadline, it is credited. If time runs out with no money, the payment is cancelled, and money that arrives late waits for your decision.
Where do I get the keys for the module?
Create a project in the Cryptoway dashboard and wait for the Active status, usually one business day. Copy the Project ID and Secret key under API keys. Keys are bound to the server address, so each billing panel needs its own project.
How do I refund a client?
There is no refund from inside the billing panel. You send the money as a payout from your Cryptoway balance to the client's address, then adjust the payment in BILLmanager by hand.
What does it cost?
The module is free and Cryptoway charges from 0.3% per payment. There's no test mode, so the first check is a real payment of about 5 USDT, the smallest amount Cryptoway accepts.
